This is the best food mill (ricer) that we have seen. Made out of high quality 18/8 stainless steel, it is made to last. This food mill holds 2 quarts, with three blades, fine, medium and coarse, these are easily interchangeable for simple food processing. The Fine blade will stop tomato seeds but leaves texture.
