The Chantry Modern Knife Sharpener
is a Knife Sharpener - not a knife grinder, so it will not damage the knife. At the heart of the machine are two small butchers' steels, the same hardness, temper and cut as a professional butchers steel. The steels are pre-set at the optimum edge angle and are spring loaded so as not to damage the knife. Just run any knife blade between the steels four or five times and your knife is sharpened! The steels rotate slightly and last nearly forever. The Chantry Modern casing was designed by Sam Hecht and is a winner of a Design Plus Award (Ambiente - Frankfurt 2005)!

This is our small stainless steel battery powered pepper mill. It features a fully adjustable grinder settings from coarse to fine. It is 6 in. tall and 3 in. diameter solid stainless steel. It's easy to refill and works great with all peppercorns or salts. It has a small automatic light built into the bottom of the base. The pepper is visible window near the bottom.
