Chef Depot uses "UPS" and "The United States Postal Service" as our preferred carriers. We ship very heavy items by freight trucks.
We ship most packages by UPS ground and US Post Office Priority Mail.

Next Day delivery is available on many items (please call).
Our products ship from several warehouses in the USA. We reserve the right to choose our shipping methods.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses by USPS Priority Mail! We only charge actual shipping costs.
Outside of the Contiguous USA shipping is $24.95 or the actual shipping cost, which ever is greater. Outside the USA shipping times will vary.
Actual shipping charges will apply on heavy items. Rural and remote destinations may occur additional shipping charges.
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to IL.
Products shipped to Alaska & Hawaii & Canada and other destinations outside the Contiguous USA will be charged actual shipping costs.
Intl. Shipping charges are added after your package ships (if it costs more to get it to you).
Undelivered or Refused package shipping fees are the customers responsibility.
If a product is on backorder from the manufacturer, the package may be delayed until the product is re-stocked.
