This 11 in. Copper Saute Pan is made from heavy copper and lined with stainless steel. This pan has a solid stainless steel handle and heavy rivets. This is a new Shun Folding Steak Knife! It measures 8 in. opened with a thin, razor sharp 3 1/2 in. blade. The high carbon steel blade is the sharpest made. The knife is a lockback and easily carried (closed it is 4 1/4 in. long and 1/2 in. wide and 3/8 in. thick). Weight is less than 1 1/2 ounces. The edge that is hair splitting and remains throughout use. We could not believe how sharp these knives were until we tried one.
