The Cucina Rustica tables feature superior craftsmanship and design, the 4" thick Hard Maple top (End Grain) is made from number 1 grade select wood. There are two sizes to choose from, the 48 in. L. x 24 in. W. table features 2 dovetailed solid maple drawers. The 30 in. L. x 24 in. W. table features 1 dovetailed solid maple drawer. Both are beautiful handcrafted solid maple construction and the solid turned maple legs are dowelled for strength and generations of use! The top is finished with a durable clear coat of FDA approved food safe varnish.

This table is 30" x 24" x 5" and stands 35" overall. It has a solid end grain butcher block top. Pictured on the left is the "Rock Maple" and on the right is the optional "Lyptus" (Lyptus compares to maple in terms of density, strength and technical properties, and has an appearance similar to that of cherry and mahogany). The stainless steel is food service grade - legs, base, shelf, and towel bar. This table is equipped with four locking 3" commercial-grade casters.
The butcher block top requires rubbing with mystery oil, every few months to keep it looking new.
