Chefs Note: Many professional Chefs use instant jello mixes for molded fruit salads. Simple follow the directions and add chopped fresh fruit to save time. Avoid using pineapple or other highly acid fruits that do not work with gelatin. Fruit juice can be used in place of half the water in any gelatin recipe.

This is our Star Jello/Cake Mold. This mold holds up to 7 cups of cake batter or jello (10 in. across and 3 in. tall). The mold is made out of tin plated thick steel for excellent heat transfer; the result is faster cake baking. These pans also have great anti stick properties. Most of these pans have a hole on top and can be used as a display.
