Heavy-duty workhorse of a machine. Originally designed for use in a winery, this machine removes corks quickly and effortlessly. Compact, initially designed to be wall-mounted, but now there is an optional aluminum table stand, making it portable (30.3 lbs. total, machine and stand). Partial cork extraction regulator allows you to leave part of the cork in the bottle neck to be removed manually later. Extracts even the most resistant corks whether natural, composite, or synthetic. All components are self-contained within the unit. Aprox. Weight: 18 lbs. Height: 26 in. (66 cm); Width: 4-3/4 in. (12 cm); Depth: 4-1/2 in. (11 cm); Extension of Bottle Guide below: 7-1/2 in. (19 cm) unbeatable performance and incomparable speed . . . . extracts 500 + corks an hour. To Operate : Place a bottle, with capsule removed, into the cradle. It automatically triggers the downward movement of the spiral into the cork. It then continues to extract the cork ( remove the bottle at this time ). The spiral then goes up and expels the cork and the cork falls from the machine. The Electro pull has been field tested for more than two years by several large California wineries. One winery-packaging specialist in California comments, "In just two months, we uncorked over 50,000 bottles using the Electropull and it's performance was flawless. We also used it in our lab when performing micro analysis and opened bottles with all types of corks. Not only is the Electropull fast and efficient, but I believe it will reduce injuries associated with uncorking motions. It has a place in any wine-bottling department, Wine bottling lines, Winery laboratories, Hotels, Restaurants, Banquest Halls, Tasting rooms. When quantity uncorking is needed, Electropull will: 1. Reduce manpower needed to do the job. 2. Reduce chances of workman's comp injuries resulting from repetitive uncorking with other devices. New model is pictured on right.
