Our Taylor Hygrometer / barometer records accurate relative humidity and temperature readings on the same gauge. Used by growers as a guide in irrigation scheduling and to determine worker heat stress situations. It also has numerous applications where a user needs to monitor and maintain humidity levels at a fairly constant range. We use ours in the wine cellar and storage areas. This unit may be used indoors or outdoors but should not be mounted in a location where rainfall could get behind the workings of the unit. If the unit is to be permanently installed outside we recommend that the customer install the hygrometer in a shelter. Humidity Range 10 to 90 Percentage RH, Temperature Range 10 to 130 Degrees Fahrenheit, 5 Inches Diameter Steel Case with a Chrome Bezel and Glass Crystal. Made in Germany!
The Industrial Thermo Hygrometer has a black steel case with a polished silver tone bezel around the dial. The dial is white, with black numbers, markers, and pointers for easy reading. Protecting the dial is a convex glass lens. The dial measures just under 4 3/4 in. diameter. On it, the relative humidity scale is 3 7/8 in. diameter, the Fahrenheit temperature scale is 1 3/4 in. and the Celsius temperature scale is 1 3/8 in.

Make your own Hamburgers! The Chef Depot Burger Press is a great improvement in the preparation of food. It helps forming, storing and cooking and eating of all food patties. The unique characteristics of the patties are due to the concentric circular grooves in the patty surface. These grooves break the lines of shrinkage across the diameter of the patty as it cooks, causing it to lay flat for even heat absorption. The result is patties that cook evenly in less time while virtually preventing cracking and warping. The grooves also hold in juices and seasonings to improve texture and taste. Each press is molded of USDA approved food grade, high-impact polystyrene plastic. The overall diameter is 5 3/4 in. and the overall height is 2 in. Dishwasher safe in the top rack and unbreakable in normal use. Instructions and recipes are included with each press. This product has a lifetime warranty. Chefs Note: We use a ice cream spade and scale to portion out our burgers and drop the 8 oz. of ground meat into the plastic lined press, form, cover and freeze! Great gift idea!

This is a wooden spoon made from Olive Wood! It has a beautiful marble like swirl in the wood an is extremely hard and durable. It is handmade in spain from two hundred year old olive trees that are replaced with young trees. Aproximately 12 in. long. Chef Notes: These are the best wooden spoons we have ever used. Very hard & strong they are great for stirring what you are cooking! These spoons do not stain like softer wooden spoons.
