These are Mundial Cushion Soft Dressmaker Shears! They have blue handles with cushion soft finger linings and razor sharp alloy steel blades. These ambidextrous scissors are quite comfortable and easy to use.
Chefs Note: These 8 1/2 in. Dressmaker Shears are good for fabric and general use. This is our favorite out of all multi-purpose scissors that we have tested.
The Microplane Coarse grater will quickly cut any vegetable, excellent for shredded carrots in salad and cabbage for coleslaw. Microplane graters are dishwasher safe and feature surgical grade stainless steel blades available in five unique blade styles, clear plastic frames and ergonomic handles. Cover included. The New Boomerang openers features a floating axis design and the new foil cutting system. It is the quickest way to cut a perfect circle through the foil or plastic seal. The screw and 2 step lever work great and make this opener easy to use. The boot lever locks up straight during insertion. With the sprial fully inserted into the cork, the first step extracts about 7/8 in. of the cork. Press the boot lever in and the second lever pulls the rest of the cork straight out. The secret is in the "crescent" in the handle that keeps the spring-loaded floating axis in a vertical position. Nickel plated spiral, measures 5-5/8 in. long! These wine openers are made in Italy, very high quality.
