When we first tested the Chroma Type 301 Cutlery designed by F.A. Porsche, we were amazed at the unique design combining modern form and practical function. They have perfect balance making them easy to use. The handle of the knives are constructed of 18/10 stainless steel, and the blade is made of high-quality Chrome Molybednum Alloy steel. The blade of each knife is carefully sharpened by the hand of a master. This Cutlery holds an edge longer than most other high quality knives.
An ergonomic handle - designed by F.A. Porsche and famous Chefs! A metal "pearl" that clearly demarcates the end of the handle, for better control when cutting. Our exclusive "Chef Knife Holster" is perfect for the busy Chef! This Chef Holster will hold a 10 in. blade Chef knife (or smaller), a 12 in. sharpening steel (or smaller), boning knife, paring and tourne knives, a thermometer, tongs and more! This "Hardwood Magnetic Knife Rack" has strong double magnets that will hold knives and more safely on the wall, in or under a cabinet (Includes Brass Screws). We like ours under the cabinet to hold items that will not fit in the knife block (pictured is the 18 in size).

This is John Boos Mystery Oil! It is perfect for oiling your butcher blocks, tables and cutting boards. John Boos Mystery Oil is recommended for care of tops and blocks that are used as a working, cutting surface. This fine oil is a mixture of mineral oil, linseed oil and tung oil; it will give your John Boos product the same factory finish (safe for food preparation). We recommend oiling your tops & blocks every 4 weeks or more, depending on your climate. This 16 oz. bottle of food-safe oil finish keeps your blocks looking new.
