This is a diamond Crystal Saver. It is a special half round diamond coated file to fix chips in crystal, fine ceramics, glassware and more.
Chefs Note: A friend has repaired fine crystal wine glasses with this tool! Used by jewelers to make perfect repairs.
Our Duo Sharp Bench Stone is 8" Double Sided, two-grit, Fine/Coarse or Extra Fine/Fine (8" x 2 5/8" x 3/8") and comes with a non-skid mat and a Duo Base. The black base (12.2" x 4.6" x 2.2") can be used with either size DuoSharp stone and provides 2" knuckle clearance for ease of use. Rubber feet secure the base and stone to your workbench. The base also features a convenient handle on the underside for moving the stone over a large work piece and a unique feature that provides maximum versatility! A non skid mat is also included. These are perfect for woodworking, knives, chisels, scissors, carbide router bits and more! The surface is covered with the highest quality monocrystalline diamonds (superior grade). The stones are made to last for thousands of uses and are interchangeable and replaceable. This diamond System will quickly produce a razor edge on any good knife or carbide bit with six to ten strokes!
