Frozen Bloody Mary
1/2 c. tomato juice, 4 oz. Vodka, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. horseradish, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
2 drops of Tabasco sauce, 10 tomato juice cubes, celery salt (as needed for the glass rims)
Freeze tomato juice in ice cube trays. Place all ingredients in blender except celery salt. Blend for 1-2 min. Wet rim of glass and dip in celery salt. Pour Bloody Mary into glasses, and enjoy.
Cranberry Double Citrus Smoothie
1/2 c. cranberry juice, 1 c. tangerine juice, 3/4 c. mandarin oranges, 10 cranberry juice cubes
Freeze cranberry juice in ice cube trays first. Blend all ingredients together for 1 min.
Cranberry Raspberry Smoothie
1/4 c. cranberry juice, 1 pt. fresh raspberries (or sub. frozen), 1 T. orange juice, 2 T. sugar, 10 cranberry juice cubes.
Freeze cranberry juice in ice cube trays. Blend all ingredients in blender for 1 min.
Blackberry & Apricot Smoothie
14 fresh apricots (pit removed, quartered), 2 C. blackberries, 1 T. lemon juice, 1/2 c. apple juice, 1 T. lime juice, 4 T. sugar, 8 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients together for 1 min.
Cranberry Citrus Vanilla Smoothie
1/2 c. cranberry juice, 1 C. tangerine juice, 1 c. mandarin oranges, 1/2 Vanilla Bean, 10 cranberry juice cubes
Freeze cranberry juice in ice cube trays first. Blend all ingredients together for 1 min.
Pineapple Orange Smoothie
3/4 c. orange juice, 1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks, 1 T. lime juice, 2 T. sugar, 8 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients together for 1 min.
Mango Lime Smoothie
1/2 c. apple juice, 1/4 c. mango juice, 1/2 c. lime juice 2 mangoes (peeled, cut up, remove pit and cut in 1 in. pieces), 4 Tbsp. sugar, 9 ice cubes, 1/4 c. rum
Blend all the ingredients together for 1 min.
Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie
1 Large Lemon, juiced, 2 Tbsp. Sugar, 1 1/4 c. water, 1/4 c. strawberry sauce, 1 c. frozen strawberries, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 8 ice cubes, 1/4 c. Citron Vodka (optional)
Blend all ingredients together for 1 min.
Stonefruit Smoothie
2 fresh plums, ripe (pitted and cut in pieces), 2 fresh peaches, ripe (pitted and cut in pieces), 2 fresh apricots (pitted and cut in pieces), 1 c. apple juice, 10 ice cubes, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. sugar
Blend all ingredients together for 1 min.
Ginger Peach Smoothie
1 can peaches (drained), 1/2 c. apple juice, 1/2 vanilla bean, 8 ice cubes, 1 small ginger root (peeled, cut across into 5 slices), 1 tsp. lemon juice
Peel and slice ginger. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend for 1 minute.
Double Melon Midori Smoothie
1/2 small cantaloupe (cut into small pieces and frozen), 1/2 small honeydew melon (cut into small pieces and frozen), 2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 Tbsp. sugar, 2 oz. Midori Melon Liquor
Prepare fruit and freeze. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
Pear Apple Smoothie
1/2 c. apple juice, 2 pears (peeled, cored, and cut into chunks), 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 12 apple juice ice cubes
Freeze apple juice in ice cube trays until frozen. Add all ingredients to blender starting with the apple juice. Blend for 1 minute.
