1 ripe banana 1 Fresh Egg
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
1/3 pc. Vanilla Bean
1 T. sugar 6-8 ice cubes
11/2 c. french vanilla ice cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 T. toasted coconut
Maple Vanilla Walnut Shake

1/2 c. milk Add milk first to blender. Add rest of ingredients. Blend for

bean, split & scraped out (reserve scraped bean for your sugar jar) Add all ingredients except graham crackers to blender,
starting with the milk. Blend for 1 minute. Scrape sides, and blend for 1
minute more. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs. |
