Vanilla Ice Cream


2 lg. Eggs, Beaten
1 pint whipping cream
1 pint half and half
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon salt


Mix all ingredients until sugar dissolves. Cover and chill until ready to use in your favorite ice cream maker. Freeze the mixture and store in freezer in an airtight container. Note: to enhance all flavors of ice cream, add 2 teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract or 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Paste.
