Designed by Martin Yan, the 8 1/2 in. blade Peking Slicing Knife features a thin scalloped edge blade! It is used for slicing meats and large fish and for preparation of sushi, sashimi and more.
Heavy duty black poly handle with full tang and it measures 12 1/2 in. overall!
Chefs Note: The scalloped edge is on 1 side only allowing for traditional sharpening with a wetstone. Slices thin fish very easily.
